Heightened Frequency

If one of the fundamental impacts of our human experience is based on our vibrational frequency, wouldn’t it make sense that increasing this should be at the top of our priority list? It sounds right when it’s worded like this, but the reality of implementation takes consistency and trust, which most humans decide against for the easily accessible feelings of doubt and laziness. First, ask yourself what frequency you are at.

The signs that you are operating at a higher frequency include increased energy or motivation, when you feel content, joyful, and compassionate towards others, your intuition speaks with a sense of clarity, and your life feels in alignment. On the other end, lower vibrations bring feelings of fear, sadness, and anger. You may feel stressed out all the time, tired, and unmotivated. The voice inside your head is negative, trapping you in the same self-beliefs and narrow-mindedness.

Regardless of which side you resonate with, this post is for everyone. I want you to feel supported and seen. We are all trying our best in this human life; sometimes, we just need some help along the way.

So, what things increase our vibrational frequency? From a personal mindset standpoint, we can practice gratitude and appreciation. We can reframe negative thoughts into positive ones. Change our pessimistic views on the world to ones of hope and optimism. Practicing mindfulness, being present throughout our days. And we can forgive. Forgive ourselves of past mistakes and forgive those who have wronged us. All of these can be implemented into our daily lives to heighten our frequencies. Things like meditation, therapy, emotionally open conversations, and consuming positive media can help us achieve these.

Now we know what to do in our minds, what about our day-to-day lives? Improving our diets to incorporate more fruits, herbs, vegetables, organic and raw foods increases our frequencies. Decreasing the amount of processed and fast food we eat. Moving your body. Exercising, going on walks, dancing, and doing yoga. Drinking a lot of water. Sleeping properly. Doing what you can to avoid toxins like alcohol and processed foods.

We’ve talked about some serious lifestyle and mindset shifts to take part in. Seemingly easy, but sometimes not so much. What are some things we can do that take only a second of effort? Going outside. Spending time in nature gives us a sense of connection with our surroundings. Even if you don’t feel that way immediately, your subconscious does. Place yourself around positive people. If it’s not so easy to eliminate the toxic people from your life, try spending more time with humans who think kindly of the world. Your body will naturally gravitate towards these people and hopefully eventually convince you to weed out the negative ones. You can also simply put on high-vibrational music. Music with certain frequencies, or just music that makes you feel good. Not the sad emotional songs that make you feel like crying. The ones that tell your body to get up and dance! Last, you can practice compassion. Tell your parents you love them. Smile at your neighbor. Ask the lady working at the register how her day was. These simple things will make a difference in your life, whether you feel it immediately or not.

What is the bigger picture here? Love. Love is the answer. Loving yourself, your body, your mind, your neighbor, your world, your companions. All of the listed ways to increase your frequency are ways to show love. So that must be the answer to life, right? To live a life of love? I think so. Even if I also think that we all have our own purposes and destinies to fulfill, we can’t even try to get there without love. We need to love our bodies enough to choose sustainable health investment over convenience, we need to love our minds enough to decide on positive thoughts over negative, we need to love our fellow humans enough to ask for help along the way and to learn from them, and we need to love our world enough to have a larger force working on our side, too. If we burn all the trees, how will we breathe? If we poison all the oceans, what will we drink? Choose love, and your frequency will heighten.

I’m writing this message before manifesting that this world be shown more love from the inside out. I’m manifesting that the little golden light inside of me be spread to the entirety of the world so we can all see better and turn our own light on too.
