Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to rewire itself. Affirmations and their effectiveness are scientifically proven. Telling your brain over and over again how you would like to feel about yourself and the world is vital to enhancing your life. You cannot live your life to the fullest without believing in yourself, or by thinking there is a force out to get you. If you are the biggest obstacle in your way, imagine how sweet life would taste once you step to the side. You may read these and feel silly at first. But I promise you, the silliness fades while the power of affirmations remains. It is a powerful thing, the mind. To train it into believing in yourself and the universe at large is even more powerful. Imagine a world where your inner voice is your greatest supporter, rather than your harshest critic. Every journey starts with one step. Use these affirmations or make a list of your own. Put them up around your room, on your notes app in your phone, set a daily reminder. Anything. I believe in you, the universe believes in you, now you need to believe in you.
