Mystery mixed with comedy When a witty editor's ex-friend is murdered, she is immediately curious. Her current boyfriend happens to be the main police officer assigned to the case. Could there be more to the story? She has a satiric way of storytelling that keeps you guessing and giggling. 8/10
All Good People Here
From the Host of Crime Junkie A 20 year old unsolved kidnap murder case gets reevaluated when a big-city journalist returns to her small town. Rural America makes for juicy town gossip and circulating lies. You will be wondering who did it until the end. 8/10
Verity
A renowned author suffers a major injury A new writer is paid to continue her unfinished series. To do so correctly, she has to move in with the author's family. What she finds is horrifying. This psychological thriller had me feeling uneasy the ENTIRE time. I was second-guessing my conclusions until the very end. 10/10
The Chemist
Like Twilight, but different Kidding, it's nothing like Twilight, just the same author. This story follows an unnamed ex-government worker on the run. She knows too much, and they want her dead, so she gets dragged into one last job to escape finally. Thriller mixed with untimely romance. 9/10
